Officer of the Order of Canada

Firdaus Kharas, received the insignia as an Officer of the Order of Canada on September 18, 2025 from Her Excellency Mary Simon, the first Indigenous Governor-General of Canada.

A magazine checked every name and informed him that it appears he is the first Zoroastrian Officer since the Order of Canada began in 1967.
